The fitness and nutritional plans provided by PlanFitness are generated entirely through advanced Data Engineering and Artificial Intelligence (AI) algorithms based on the inputs you provide during our quiz. While our systems are designed to provide highly accurate and scientifically-backed recommendations, they are fundamentally automated systems and NOT human professionals.

2. Medical Disclaimer (No Medical Advice)

The information, including but not limited to, text, graphics, images, and other material contained in your plan are for informational purposes only.No material on this site is intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health care provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition or treatment and before undertaking a new health care regimen, diet, or exercise program. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read in your generated plan.

3. Purchases & Delivery

Upon successful payment, your custom plan is immediately generated and stored in our database securely. You are provided immediate access via the success page, and a permanent backup link (along with the plan details) is sent to the email address provided during checkout. We are not responsible for mistyped email addresses that prevent delivery, though you can still access your plan by using the exact email you typed in our "Retrieve Plan" portal.

4. Privacy & Data Handling

We value your privacy. The personal data you enter in the quiz (such as age, weight, and fitness goals) is used strictly for the purpose of generating your customized plan through our AI processing pipeline. We do not sell, rent, or distribute your personal physiological data or email address to third-party marketers.

5. Liability Limitation

By using our service and following the AI-generated plans, you agree that you do so entirely at your own risk. PlanFitness and its operators shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential injuries or damages resulting from the use or inability to use the plans provided.
